On May 26, Chargé d’Affaires Tanigaki delivered a lecture entitled "Rise of Japan -From Samurai to Modern State: Japan’s Rapid Transformation (1868–1905)" at UBT in Pristina.
Through exploring Japan's transformative history during the Meiji Restoration, the students in Kosovo deepened their understanding of the Japanese spirit — one that embraces innovation while honoring tradition. This experience also served as a meaningful opportunity to further promote mutual understanding.
