On June 18th, at Kosovo's national University of Prishtina, Prof. OWADA Hisashi was awarded a Doctor Honoris Causa in Law.
In addition to his career as a prominent diplomat, Prof. OWADA is a renowned scholar in the field of international law, and served as a judge at the International Court of Justice, including its presidency.
