Handover Ceremony for waste collection trucks has been held (5 July 2022)

On July 5, 2022, eight waste collection trucks has been donated as the last batch of donation for the Economic and Social Development Programme which agreement was signed in 2019. Mr. Akira MIZUTANI, Ambassador to the Embassy of Japan in Kosovo, attended the handover ceremony.
This Programme which total value of 1.9 million euros aims to strengthen the capacities of collection and management of waste.
It had donated 15 waste collection trucks to the municipalities of Suhareka, Rahovec, Malisheva, and Dragash and a bulldozer for the landfill in Dragash before. The eight waste collection trucks donated this time will be used in the Municipality of Ferizaj, Shtime and Kacanik.
